We will take full responsibility for the advice and ensure your customer receives the outstanding service which has been the cornerstone of our business success. We will offer advice that is in the customer's best interests which complies with the FCA’s guideline ‘Advising on pension transfers – our expectations‘ and COBS 19.
We will provide a comprehensive report detailing reasons for recommendation and if a transfer takes place we will complete all regulatory paperwork to facilitate a transfer*. Following advice, we will follow through with all appropriate action including transfer. Following advice, or transfer, the client is free to return to your agency if you have permissions to provide on-going pension servicing. The client must remain under our agency if you do not have permissions to provide on-going pension servicing. If the transfer remains with us, we are able, with the client’s agreement, to give you information on the pension on an annual basis or as requested.
We are able to pay an introductory fee for cases presented, subject to the completion of the advice process. This will be up to a maximum as stipulated in the introducers agreement at the time.
For more information on our introducers service, please call 020 33 55 4827. To apply for an introducing agency please click here to download our application form.
* We would only refuse to transfer in a situation where we had major concerns that the customer did not understand the implications of their decision, or where we believed they would do significant financial damage to themselves and / or their family. |
